Module 5: Plan Participants' Assessment

Module 1 talks about the right approach to train adult learners. Then in Module 2 we find out the needs for training. Module 3 designs a module to fulfill the training needs and in Module 4, we learn to deliver the module designed to fulfill needs in the most effective way.

Module 5 shows how to plan assessments to ensure the training needs has been addressed as required. In fact, the assessment should have been thought through during designing the module. If you want the participants to be good at knowledge A / skill B / competency C, what evidence do you need and can observe, to know that the participants got the knowledge A / skill B / competency C by the end of the training.
