Module 2: Training Needs Analysis




Module 2 in TTT  is Training Needs Analysis. There are various ways to conduct TNA in an organization. It can be done in simplified or comprehensive manner, top-down or bottom-up approach. It is crucial for trainers to understand the importance of addressing ASK gap and workplace competency before designing a training module.

In the pics, participants shared their views on TNA and did group presentations on the topic. The case study of needs identification will later be used in subsequent activities in other modules so participants will have clearer picture of how they are linked and related to one another.
