Bad v.s. Good Trainers

What our participants say as bad and good trainer behaviours. Most of the time when we want them to list down the bad and the good, some items on the list will definitely appear. So let's check that we don't practice the items on the bad behaviours and ensure that we do practice the good behaviours.
